Interviewer instructions
Una vez que el informante declare haber estado hospitalizado, anote el código 1 en la columna con nombre "Código" y pregunte por el número de veces en que se hospitalizó y lo registra en la segunda columna "Número de veces".

Si la persona no ha estado hospitalizada en los últimos 12 meses, anote un cero (0) en el primer espacio y pase a la pregunta 12.
