pregunta se determina si la persona que trabaja en
el negocio familiar, aunque no recibe pago fijo, tiene
la potestad de retirar dinero del negocio o recibe
ganancias. Si es así, se reconoce que la persona es socia
en la actividad y por lo tanto se ubica como trabajadora
independiente.
