* Licencia Ambiental: Es la autorización que otorga la autoridad competente a una persona natural o jurídica, para la ejecución de un proyecto, obra o actividad. En ella se establecen los requisitos, obligaciones y condiciones que el beneficiario debe cumplir para prevenir, mitigar o corregir los efectos indeseables que el proyecto, obra o actividad autorizada pueda causar en el ambiente.
