COUNTRY SPECIFIC NOTES

Main source of Income for the household was generated using variables indicating income per household by source of income, assuming that the maximum value of income by sources indicated is the main source of income, i.e., if the household income from wages is higher than that from household business, then the main source of income is assumed to be wages and salaries.
