Definition
The Company is any form of business that carries on a permanent, continuous, established, working, and domiciled business in the territory of Indonesia for the purpose of obtaining profit / gain. Company / business / institution status consists of:
1. Government / country is a form of government institution / institution. Forms of government / state include central and local government. Government agencies / institutions are institutions established by the government on the basis of a need which is due to its duties based on a legislation to conduct activities to improve public services and improve the living standard of community welfare happiness. Government agencies can be either Central Government Institution or Regional Government (Pemda), or Judicial State Institution (Attorney General Office, High Attorney, State Attorney) and Legislative Institution (DPD, DPR, and DPRD).
2. International Institutions / Organizations are organizations existing within the scope of United Nations organizational structures or performing duties on behalf of the United Nations or other international organizations and foreign non-governmental organizations from other countries outside the United Nations. Examples of International Institutions are the United Nations and its specialized agencies such as: ILO, WHO, UNESCO, and others. Examples of international organizations are ASEAN, OIC, OPEC and so on.
3. Nonprofit / nonprofit is an organization whose primary purpose is to support or actively engage in various public activities without being oriented to seek monetary or commercial advantage. Nonprofit organizations cover a wide range of areas, including the environment, humanitarian assistance, conservation, education, art, social issues, charities, education, health services, politics, religion, research, sports and so on.
4. Profit institution (private company, BUMN, BUMD) is an institution that operates to seek profit / profit both owned by government and private. A Government Company or a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) is a company whose capital is state-owned.
5. Cooperative is a business entity consisting of individuals or cooperative legal entities with the separation of their members' assets as capital to run the business, which fulfills the aspirations and shared needs in the economic, social and cultural fields in accordance with the values ??and principles of the cooperative.
6. Individual business / home business is a form of private business entity / household that carries the risk personally also or the member of the household concerned.
