Work, one of the most important topics of the world, during the last years has been a
proprietary focus in the vision of government policies of each country, with the most
interesting labor troubles: unemployment, sub-employment, labor stability,
remuneration, work journey, among others. The set of laws and standards with lower
hierarchy that have been enacted during government administration 2008-2016, are
intended to solve, under a leftist ideology, the legal necessities of the State. Several
provisions allow reading between lines mandatory constitutional warrantor attitude;
among them the reduction of the labor journey and the unemployment insurance; they
are boosted when progressivity principle is discussed, provided in the Constitution of
the Republic, with a precarious advancement in the rights of the Labor Relation on
Good Living.
