Abstract
The main objective of this Strategic Plan Digital Marketing is to achieve the positioning
of the Undersecretariat of Electronic Government in the Public Sector, Government
Electronic get this in the minds of our target audience, also using the benefits and tools
offered.
The Undersecretariat of Electronic Government seeks to consolidate a nearby state,
open, efficient and effective, build and run a sustainable and inclusive model focused on
the objectives of the National Plan for Good Living and the greats National Strategies,
under the principles of equality, legality, conservation, transparency, accessibility,
proportionality, accountability, technological adaptation, continuity, reciprocity,
security, trust, interaction and excellence, seeking to improve the quality of life of
people, opening their doors to citizen participation and collaboration through the use of
new information and communications technology.
