Universe
La Enameh se dirige a los miembros de los hogares que son empleadores o trabajadores por cuenta propia, que cumplan al menos una de las siguientes características:
1- No estar inscrito con cédula jurídica en el Registro Nacional.
2- No contar con una contabilidad formal.
3- No tener un salario asignado para la persona dueña del negocio.
3.1- Retirar mensualmente o en periodos menores, las ganancias del negocio para cubrir gastos personas o del hogar.
