Enhanced Care Management Impact Evaluation 2021 Update

This dataset is constructed from the primary healthcares data of 2021. Since it contains sensitive identifiers such as claims number, patient ID and provider ID we aggregate the summary variables at the level of provider, de-identify, clean the dataset and then produce the summary.
